Host was very amenable to answering questions, and even called a day or two into the stay to ensure all was well.Thank you. He also left some small snacks in the fridge which were very welcome after a long day's travels.

Excellent place to stay. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Great communication from the host. Super easy check-in. Very clean and organized rental house. Comfortable beds, wonderful lighting inside and outside. Enjoyed staying here very much. This place is exceptional!

This home was chosen as it offers the perfect blend of vibrant Austin energy and peaceful residential charm. The home sits on a quiet corner lot with no neighbors directly across the street, which creates a rare sense of privacy while still being close to everything that makes Austin special.

What I enjoy most is how the area feels tucked away without feeling isolated. Step outside and you’re just minutes from local parks, walking trails, Lady Bird Lake, and some of the best coffee, dining, and music in the city. Yet when you return home, the street stays calm, quiet, and easy to relax in.

The neighborhood has a welcoming, creative vibe—tree-lined streets, friendly locals, and a mix of modern homes and original eclectic Austin character. It’s the kind of place where you can take a morning walk, hear birds instead of traffic, and still be downtown in minutes.

I love that guests get both convenience and tranquility here: a peaceful home base with quick access to Austin’s food scene, green spaces, and cultural spots. It’s truly the best of both worlds!

Located on a quiet corner lot with no neighbors directly across the street, the property feels peaceful and tucked away—yet you’re only minutes from parks, trails, Lady Bird Lake, East Austin dining, and downtown.

Inside, the home has been curated with comfort and style in mind. Guests enjoy hotel-quality beds—including an adjustable king and queen—engineered hardwood floors (no carpet), a premium coffee bar, plush living room seating, and a fully appointed kitchen with high-end KitchenAid appliances. For added comfort and cleanliness, the entire home is upgraded with a whole-house HVAC system featuring an ultraviolet blue-light air purifier that helps reduce odors, bacteria, and allergens for cleaner, easier breathing.

A major standout is the bedroom layout: both bedrooms are set on opposite sides of the home for privacy and are connected by a very large shared bathroom featuring two separate 30” vanities, a deep 8 jetted tub/shower, an electric heated bidet, and bright natural light. This setup gives each guest privacy while still offering hotel-style amenities.
