This is definitely the place I will try to book again when I’m in the Franklin area. The owner was very helpful and there were no problems at all during our stay. Would love this to be our home away from home!

This was the best and most hospitable VRBO I have ever experienced…and I have stayed at A LOT of vacation rentals! They brought southern hospitality to a new level! The hosts were a DREAM! The accommodations were charming, the location ideal...a short walk to downtown Franklin! I cannot say enough good. They even had a fresh loaf of banana bread and rocking chairs on the porch to enjoy it!

Here’s the review for VBRO:We found Captain’s Quarters to be the perfect place to stay when visiting Franklin, TN. It’s in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just a short walk into town, or just a few minutes by car - many excellent restaurants, interesting shops and historic sites close by, with Captain’s Quarters being a terrific place to rest up and relax. The cottage has everything you want, and it’s spacious but with a cosy feel - so much better than a hotel room. It’s now our go-to place when visiting the Franklin area.

We are exactly 8/10 of a mile from our front door to the heart of downtown Franklin as is stated in our property description. The walk is though our beautiful historic neighborhoods with magnificent homes and lovely gardens. There is a downtown hotel, The Harpeth, that may suit your needs in the future. Quit pricey and they don't welcome you with a loaf of banana bread👀I Wishing you peace and light.

This is the best place to be. Great big yard with magnificant outdoor sitting spaces and the biggest trees in town. Plenty of parking and quiet neighbors. A quick walk gets you to downtown. The hosts are on site and will do anything to help you best enjoy your stay here. I love it here.

The property is in a beautiful and quiet location. 5 minute drive to downtown. Damon and Matt were superstars. They even provided us with umbrellas when we realized we forgot ours.The bed was so comfortable and the amenities, such as banana bread and fluffy thick towels are unparalleled. I’ll be back to meet Rosa that cat!
