Here on the gated grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be just a few steps from two on-site restaurants, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an expansive workout facility, a sauna and steam room, a mini-golf course, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. An assortment of excellent golf courses await in the surrounding area, and the nature trails of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park are immediately east. Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
