It was as cute as can be … but it’s a new construction and still had smell of new construction. The host was great. There was no heater and it got down to 40 one night we were there. It only has one the apartment and it’s in the shower. But the bed was super comfortable. Because it was new it didn’t have basic things like dish soap… extra toilet paper or a broom. But it was still nice

We would like to clarify a few points mentioned. Your reservation was for three nights, and we provided what we consider to be an adequate and sufficient amount of toilet paper for a couple during that length of stay. However, we appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our guests’ experience.
Regarding the temperature, we are located in the state of Florida, where temperatures are typically warm throughout most of the year. For this reason, our property is not equipped with a heater, as it is generally not necessary.
We would also like to mention that a broom and a bucket for cleaning the floor are available and are always placed on the side of the house for guests’ convenience.
