This fabulous 1200 sq. ft. 1949 house in a quiet family friendly neighborhood offers free WiFi, a washing machine and dryer AC, and heating. Stream your favorite shows in the living room or in one bedroom by logging into your stream apps. The large backyard features two large mango trees. During different seasons squirrels and green parrots can be seen frolicking through the yard. In a short drive, visit the Edison Ford Winter Estates, play a round of golf at Fort Myers Country Club, and dine and shop in the historic downtown Fort Myers river district. The Sunset House is ideal for seasonal visitors during the winter months, traveling medical professionals, baseball spring training enthusiasts, golfers, and a couple's getaway.

LIVING ROOM
Furnished with a leather sofa and loveseat, end table, and Smart T.V. to stream your favorite apps. Gather round the coffee table to play a board game with the family.

DINING ROOM
Enjoy a home-cooked meal or your favorite take out with your family of four at the round dining table.

KITCHEN
The full kitchen boasts a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, and refrigerator/freezer to create any meals of your liking. A one cup Keurig machine, coffee, creamer, and a variety of sugars are available to start your morning.

BEDROOM 1
A queen bed, two nightstands with charging cubes for USB plugs and blocks, dresser, closet, ceiling fan, a Smart T.V., and full-length mirror are available for your comfort. The windows welcome a view of the palm trees out front.

BEDROOM 2
A queen bed, two nightstands with charging cubes for USB plugs and blocks, dresser, ceiling fan and closet welcome you for a quiet stay. This bedroom provides a view of the backyard.

BEDROOM 3
Years ago, this bedroom was a carport. It welcomes you on the other side of the house with two twin beds, a shared nightstand with USB plugs and an outlet, dresser, ceiling fan, and closet.

BATHROOM
Located between the queen bedrooms, it offers you a shower/bathtub combo, toilet, and a sink with vanity. Bath towels, wash cloths, and hand towels are found in the linen closet.

LAUNDRY
The laundry room is located off the kitchen. A washer and dryer are provided with detergent.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Enjoy a cup of coffee on the bistro set out front or relax on the screened back porch and watch the squirrels play in the mango trees. During the summer months the mango trees produce an abundance of ripe mangoes.

PARKING
The driveway accommodates four vehicles.

Great communication. The house was clean and exactly as it looks in the photos. The location served us well. A quiet neighborhood that was a short drive to the conference we were attending. We would stay again.

We appreciated how responsive James was whenever we had a question or needed something at the house! Very friendly and down to earth. It was everything we needed, comfortable, clean, and very affordable. Nice family neighborhood. Lovely to sit out on the screen porch in the morning and evenings, beautiful backyard. Some street noise at night but totally expected in a city. Overall a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!
