This brand new, beautifully designed house is perfectly situated near Fox Ridge Golf Course, Hauser Lake, Canyon Ferry Lake, and countless hiking and fishing spots—making it the ideal basecamp for outdoor enthusiasts and relaxation seekers alike.
The open-concept main floor features a bright and airy living area, perfect for gathering with family & friends. A full privacy fenced backyard offers a wonderful lush lawn, covered patio, and corn hole for everyone to gather around and enjoy other.

This inviting home features three bedrooms on the main level, the master has a king bed and comfortable quenn beds in the other main floor rooms.. The spacious master suite includes direct access to a covered concrete patio—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down with an evening cocktail. Just off the bedroom, the well-appointed master bathroom offers a beautifully tiled shower, a private toilet room, and dual vanities for added convenience.
On the opposite side of the home, you'll find two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a classic tub/shower combination—thoughtfully designed and centrally located for easy access.
Upstairs, the bonus room above the garage offers even more flexibility with a queen bed and a daybed that converts into 2 twin beds. This space also includes its own full bathroom, making it an ideal retreat for guests or extended family.
