This information will be collected on our online check-in and rental agreement forms. 4. It is forbidden to host additional people not declared upon reservation. 5. Please note that any additional requests or services such as mid-stay cleanings will incur an extra charge/fee. 6. The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation. 7. Guests are reminded to look after their valuables (wallets, jewellery, mobile phones, laptops, passports, etc.). ARABNB will not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings. 8. Please handle keys and access cards with care. Any damage or loss will be subject to a charge of 500 AED 9. NO REFUND will be given on ANY unused days of booking if the guest chooses to check out earlier than their booking period. 10.
