Overall, great experience! Very clean property and super cute decor. House had everything we needed. The address in the listing is not correct. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient but if location is important to you, verify the address with the owner before booking.

House was sparkling clean and had efficient use of space, with plenty of room. All appliances and supplies were easy to use and convenient. Parking was a breeze - on the street but right in front of the house. Check in information and procedure was smooth with clear instructions for combination locks. Roman was very responsive to our initial issue with no hot water and explained exactly what to do to fix it. The stool chairs at the island eating space are fun to look at but exceedingly uncomfortable to sit on to eat. The couch had a musty, hard to ignore smell and the bathroom door was not completely opaque so that we had to gerry rig a covering.

House is a very nice house. It was close to all the things we went to LA area for. Hollywood Bowl, Universal studios and Warner Bro were all within a 30 min drive. Host were very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.
