Unit C is the lower unit of our two-story townhome.
Access to the unit requires climbing 12 stairs.
Two tandem parking spaces are available.
A Pack ’n Play is available. Please bring your own sheet.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES
No smoking anywhere on the property.
No pets allowed, except approved ADA service animals.
Garage access is not available.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
Travel insurance is recommended for unforeseen circumstances. The cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
This is a noise-sensitive community with Good Neighbor monitoring for sound levels only. Guest privacy is respected.

The property is steps from North Beach access and the beach trail, and a short drive to Del Mar shops, the pier, outlets, Dana Point Harbor, and other attractions.

GUEST ACCESS
Keyless entry is provided with a unique code sent before arrival.
