This is the perfect place for your Breckenridge vacation! It is a ski-in/ski-out, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that is located directly on the Four O’Clock ski run. This is a first-floor condo with a rare, large patio where you literally walk down the steps, step into your skis or snowboard, and coast down to the Snowflake lift. It’s just as easy to come home for lunch or for après-ski on the patio with the afternoon sun. This condo is also on the end of the complex, which provides for lots of natural light and additional outdoor space.

An extensive renovation of the condo was completed in June 2017. The many updates include an all-new kitchen with upgraded cabinets and new appliances, extensive lighting upgrades with ceiling fans, new tile flooring in most areas with an in-floor electric heat, all-new fireplace and new stone, updated master bath with walk-in shower, new entryway with bench and storage nook, and new doors and wood trim throughout.

There is a large living area with comfortable seating and an open kitchen/bar area that provides for great entertaining options. The living area contains a new 50” flat-screen TV and a cozy gas fireplace for relaxing after the day’s activities. The large couch also has a pull-out sleeping unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking and dining needs, including full-sized appliances and a dishwasher.

Off the living area is one of this condo’s best features – the large and spacious patio area. This is one of the largest patios for a condo in Breckenridge and allows for great entertaining and relaxing options in winter or summer. There is a private gas grill for guest use, and being on the end allows for greater space and privacy. As you will see, the location of the condo and this patio provide for a more alpine-like setting than most other condos.

The master bedroom contains a comfortable king bed, ample closet and storage space, and a flat-screen TV. The master bathroom is also connected to the bedroom and both can be closed off for additional privacy. The second bedroom contains two single beds, additional closet storage, and a flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms are located away from the living area, which allows for sleep and entertaining at the same time.

Some of the other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, large entryway for storage of ski gear, complimentary Wi-Fi access, large computer monitor for a laptop connection, and a large selection of cable TV channels. There is underground parking for one vehicle and surface parking for one additional vehicle. The condo is easily accessible on the first floor, and there is also elevator access from the ground floor and parking garage.

In addition, all guests will have access to the clubhouse, which has a heated indoor pool, one indoor hot tub, and one outdoor hot tub which looks directly over the Four O’Clock ski run. The clubhouse also has a deck area and gas grill for entertaining.

For those guests with toddlers or small children, this condo is also equipped with several special features. All electrical outlets are tamper-resistant, and there are also child-proof plugs available that can be used for additional peace of mind. There is also a retractable baby gate between the living and sleeping areas. Guests also have the use of a high chair and tray for eating, pack-and-play crib for sleeping/play time, electronic baby monitor, and assorted toys and games.

The condo is located just up Four O’Clock Road and provides for a short walk to Main Street and the Town of Breckenridge. Because it is not a through street, traffic is very minimal.

Perfect condo and location for family of 4!

The location is amazing! We loved watching the skiers out the back windows and deck and it was a quick drive to everything. We had two toddlers so our trip was all about seeing snow, sledding (Carters Park), tubing (Frisco) and gondola rides up the mountain. This condo was perfect for all that (and we will definitely stay again for skiing or in the summer!)! We loved the heated floors and tile throughout (except bedrooms) and the updated baths/kitchen, entry and covered parking were all exactly what we wanted. Bonus is the heated indoor pool. They had plenty of board games and toys for the kids, too. The space worked well for 4 people. It is a little up the mountain so we couldn’t talk to town with the kids, but would have otherwise. Couldn’t ask for more!

My 3 girlfriends and I stayed for our girls trip and it was perfect! Beautiful place , love the heated floors and plenty of space for us! We are going to make this an annual trip hopefully!

Perfect! Favorite place in Breckenridge

This is our go to place in Breck. First level of the Tyra Summit resort... ski right to the propert, pop off your skis and walk up a few steps to the back porch. Ski down the 4 o’clock run to the snowflake lift. There is a road you have to cross, so you have to walk some 25 ft to get the lift. We stayed here last year and thought it was perfect, we stayed this year again, after the renovations, and thought it was even better. Everything is higher quality. Spacious, clean, has all the amenities and appliances you need. Microwave, oven, and refrigerator are all new. Washer and dryer are a plus. Rain head shower is a great new addition. Play pen and toys if you have little ones is a big plus. Layout is perfect with an open concept floor plan makes everything feel warm and comfortable. As I said, for a 2 bdr property, there is no better! Watching the skiers come down at the end of the day is a plus. Steve is great and fast to respond. The town is close by, as well the local supermarket. The only place I’ll ever stay in Breckenridge! It’s worth every penny and will make your trip that much better and more relaxing.

Convenient Ski In/Ski out, Nice Updates

Overall a great, clean property located right off the 4 o'clock ski run....a legitimate ski in and ski out experience. The back door and deck to this unit leads right to the ski doesn't get any better than that! Recent updates in the condo included heated floors, new kitchen, fireplace, bathrooms, and a great "mud room" with plenty of storage for skis, boards, helmets, jackets.

A couple pieces of honest feedback. 1) If you have a large SUV with a car top carrier you will not be able to park in the garage as the clearance is only 7'6". There are a handful of surface spots available, however, they can be difficult to secure during peak times. 2) As with any stacked condo buildings the floors are thin and you can hear the people above walking around, partying, etc.

We'll be back for sure....thanks again for sharing your property!
