What we enjoy most is the sense of calm here. You’re close to the river, minutes from downtown, and surrounded by history, yet it still feels tucked away and relaxing. It’s the kind of place where mornings are slow, evenings are peaceful, and you can truly unwind.

And one of the biggest perks — you’re just a short drive to Edenton, Elizabeth City, and even the Outer Banks, making it an easy home base for exploring all the best parts of northeastern North Carolina.
