The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a large rain shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The property has first-class amenities such as a shared swimming pool, an indoor health club, a steam room, and a sauna. (The Gym and Pool are on the 1st floor, accessible from 6 AM to 10 PM)

From Dubai International Airport, it will take 40 minutes to reach the property. 15 Minutes to reach Palm Jumeirah, 20 minutes to reach the Mall of the Emirates, and 7 minutes to reach Dubai Marina Mall.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
