Great stay at a great place

This place is neat, clean and beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice and Nick is a solid guy. He introduced himself when we first arrived and gave us our privacy for the rest of the stay. I will be booking with him again.

33rd Anniversary Getaway

Nick's place looks exactly as it does in the pictures. He was an awesome host and shortly after our arrival, he reached out and checked on us to see if we needed anything. The place is located very close to alot of things that were convenient for us. Thanks for allowing us to call your place home because it definitely felt like it.

Mr. Nick is thoughtful and thorough. His property is exactly what I say in the title. SPECTACULAR. Personally, I don't think this place is for the younger crowd. But all my 40 and ups, you will not be disappointed. Quiet. Clean. Everything you need for your stay.

Staycation

The place that we stayed was in a good location. I am from Charlotte so I know we would be safe during our stay. What I didn’t like was that we were accused of doing something that we did not do by the property owner. Instead of asking the proper questions assumptions were already made. Other than that the stay was good and that is why I couldn’t give 5-stars.

Trinity, it’s very clear in the rules that no parties are allowed. It was sad to see that you had several people coming and going all night until 4-4:30AM. They also broke the driveway and damaged the lawn by driving over it. Finally they also clogged the toilet that I had to get a plumber to clear it up. I mostly get great guests that enjoy the peaceful and luxurious stay and follow the rules. It’s unfortunate to get the guests that mistreat the property and makes me feel like never renting on VRBO again.

Great spot!

Loved this rental! Nick's listing was just as shown in pictures. The pictures do not really do the place justice. It is chic, lux and so clean. The place was spotless, and that was something we all appreciated. One thing that was a bit difficult was having access to kitchen tools to cook. I wanted to make breakfast, and after scanning the beautiful, automatic-closing cabinets I did not find any cookware i.e. pots and pans. A quick to Target changed that, but I definitely did not plan on buying pots and pans to make breakfast for me and my guests. The TV was not hard to figure out, at all, but the TV in the living room/great room did keep powering off and the remote control may have needed new batteries. The check out time was great. We were able to have breakfast and come back before 12:00P.M. Oh! The dog barked for nearly four (4) hours one night. I don't know if the little guy was lonely or what. Overall, this is a lovely place to stay! ~Eric

Weekend Getaway

I’m new to VRBO and was hesitant because it was my wife’s Birthday celebration going to Charlotte for the Garth Brooks Concert. I booked this place off the looks and design of the space. Very nicely done and just perfect for 4 of us to spend a weekend out of town. Excellent location, centrally located in a gorgeous neighborhood. Definitely will return to Nicks place.

Charlotte NC trip

We found the apartment easily without any difficulty, there was a spacious secure parking area in the rear, with quite a large adjacent accessible patio / garden. It was quiet, the unit was very clean, well equipped, renovated and - important for us - everything was all on one level. Nick was very helpful throughout our stay. It was very convenient for our visit to Charlotte - not far from downtown and located in a pleasant upscale area. We would be very happy to stay there again on our next visit to Charlotte.

We could not have asked for a better location, home or host. Nick went above and beyond I’m his hospitality, and the home was absolutely beautiful. The location on the greenway was an added plus as well!

Calm & clean

Excellent location & well kept property. Lacking basic paper products (kitchen paper towel, not enough tissue box, cheap thin quality bathroom roll, hand wash soaps pump not working, not refilled with the right kind of soap that comes out easily), coffee maker, coffee & tea bags present but no creamer or sugar! Garbage cans in bathroom need to be opened by hand?! Foot pedal does not work. Excellent property but short changed on basic comfort!

Thanks Promila for the feedback. I wish you had shared these issues when you checked in and I would taken care of those. I will speak to the maintenance and get this taken care of. These are easily solvable issues.

Great area for walks, close to a walkway along a creek. Very scenic. Many restaurants close by, great food. Nick is a great host, readily available if needed. Perfect Gateway to Charlotte

The green belt along Sugar Creek was a short warm-up walk away from our door, with lovely homes, shops, restaurants, and the beautiful city just short drives away. The home is immaculate. So much space to relax and best sleep ever. If you want to be in a lovely, comfortable, safe place in the center of everything, in Charlotte, talk to Nick.

Perfect accomodations

Clean, spacious and well-appointed. Nick was such a warm host as he met us to explain the property and made us feel very welcome. The bedrooms are large and the kitchen and family room are perfect for relaxing. Great location and property in Charlotte.
