The condo was very clean and the picture were accurate. Very roomy and not crampednat all. The pool was nice but weather was rainy and could not.use the pool. Very nice place to stay.

Boardwalk rock fest

It is a fantastic place to stay! The place is gorgeous very clean and the balcony overlooks the boardwalk. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect!

The place was so clean and plenty of room for the eight of us. Right on the boardwalk and the beach. We would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful

This was our third time staying at this unit and it was wonderful as usual. The renovations were great! The property manager is so easy to contact and makes sure you have everything you need. We were so sad to leave!

Amazing property and perfect location

This is the 3rd time I have rented from Ms Harvey in this condominium and it is always a pleasure. The unit is immaculate, spacious and filled with games for any rainy day or nightly fun. The location is close enough to walk to the inlet activities, great food close by and the parking makes venturing out a breeze. Check-in/check-out is a breeze and communication is exceptional. I would highly recommend this unit!

Wonderful view

The condo was spacious and had a friendly "beachy" look! We liked the fully equipped kitchen and had enough of dinnerware for our entire family!! We especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a hot cup of coffee and watching the sun rise...ahh so relaxing!! Thank you

Beautiful!

This condo was everything we wanted and needed for our girls trip. It’s beautifully decorated and spacious, location was perfect and communication from the owner was spot on and appreciated. The only thing I would’ve changed is the tight parking but that is such a minor detail compared to everything else this place has going for it, and one of the selling points for me was there is parking for two vehicles. We’ve already discussed plans on coming back!

Great 3 bedroom on the beach

Overall we were very pleased with our stay . It was clean and had great views . Make sure you bring sheets, towels, toilet paper , trash bags aka everything . The only other negative is it is advertised to sleep 11 because it has 2 sofa beds but the sofa beds are not sleep able as you feel every wire/ coil .

Lovely Condo

This was our third year staying in this unit. We love how spacious it is, the location, and how easy it is to communicate with Arian. The unit is kept in great condition and clean. We had one issue with the garbage disposal not working but once reporting the problem it was fixed the very next day. The gentlemen who did the repair work were efficient and polite.

Home away from home

Our first impression walking through the door was exactly that. Home away from home. It's so spacious, immaculate, and welcoming. A gorgeous balcony with room for your family to gather and make memories. Beautiful bedrooms with very comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. A kitchen equipped with a pantry, appliances, space, and all you need to prepare meals. I truly cannot say enough about this condo, and the owners. The best place to come home to after a day on the beach.

Beautiful and Spacious

Check-in is so convenient and easy. Arian is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The condo appeared to have been recently painted and everything was in great condition. The mattresses are very comfortable and plenty of pillows for everyone. All of the appliances were in good working order. Balcony furniture is very comfortable. The condo is spacious which allows everyone to have some privacy even while staying together there. We loved our stay!

EVERYTHING AND SO MUCH MORE

We were so impressed with this condo. The pictures didn’t do it justice. The kitchen had everything you would ever need and more. The location was perfect. We parked the car and never needed to use it again. This is the first time I ever went through VRBO, so I wasn’t sure how smoothly it would go but I will never go through a Real Estate again. My family hopes to return next year. Thank you Arian.

Welcome home!

This is the 3rd time in 7 years my extended family stayed in Ocean Pointe Suite 202. There were 8 total this trip, including my 90 yo grandmother and disabled aunt in a wheelchair. The unit is spacious and feels like home away from home. Location is optimal. The second story unit balcony is high enough for great views of the boardwalk and beach, while being close enough to the pool for ease of access. The HOA cleaning staff (Melissa) was onsite daily and did a spectacular job keeping the outside free of trash, the pool deck clean, and was readily available to assist if necessary. Hopeful we will be fortunate to return again in the future.
