To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise levels low during this time, especially in outdoor areas.

2. No Smoking Inside:
Smoking is not permitted in the inner part the property but you are welcome to smoke outside as far you dispose off the ash properly.

4. Security & Privacy:
For your safety, the property may have exterior security cameras. No cameras inside the home.

5. Guest Verification and Damage Protection

We require one guest in the group to complete the following before check-in:

• Sign a rental agreement
• Verify their identity

Authorize a $1,000 refundable security hold or purchase non-refundable $65 damage waiver. The security hold is not a charge or traditional security deposit. It will appear as a temporary pending authorization.

We use Happy Guest, a secure, app-free website, to make the process simple. No account or download is required. You will also receive access to a guest portal containing property information, check-in details, and local recommendations.

To maintain the home at the highest standard, décor and furniture may occasionally be repositioned, updated, or replaced. However, all amenities provided in the home will remain consistent with those listed in the description.

Photos of the property may appear slightly brighter due to professional photography and lighting used for presentation purposes. Rest assured, the home is equipped with adequate lighting throughout to ensure a comfortable stay.

Pool/Hot Tub: Some sand or cloudiness is normal, and water is maintained regularly.

Access Areas: Locked closets or cabinets are owner-only and should not be opened or tampered with.

Packages & Deliveries: Deliveries are the guest’s responsibility, and retrieval help may include fees.

Guest Count: All overnight guests must be registered, and occupancy limits must be followed.

Security Cameras: Outdoor cameras are for safety only and must not be covered or tampered with.

Overnight Guests: All overnight guests must be approved, and no unregistered sleepovers are allowed.
