Parking: 2 spots in the driveway plus carport spaces. Please pull all the way forward in the driveway. Street parking is also permitted on PCH — please follow all posted signs and avoid blocking the bike lane.

Zuma Beach, one of LA County's most beautiful and expansive beaches, is just minutes north. Point Dume State Beach and Preserve — with its dramatic bluffs, tide pools, and whale watching — is a short drive. Leo Carrillo State Park offers secluded coves and camping just up PCH.
For dining, Nobu Malibu, Moonshadows, and Geoffrey's are all nearby — some of the most iconic ocean-view restaurants in Southern California. Getting Around:
There are 2 onsite parking spots in the driveway and more are located in the carport. Please make sure to pull all the way forward in the driveway.
Note: Street parking is allowed on the Pacific Coast Highway and there is no permit required. Please be sure to keep all cars parked in designated parking spots in order to avoid tickets, fines, and/or towing of vehicles.
