The single-story layout keeps things simple and stylish. Natural light fills the home, highlighting clean lines, coastal touches, and a layout that brings everyone together… comfortably.

The kitchen anchors the home with an oversized island, a full-size refrigerator, and plenty of room for snacks, meals, and late-night conversations. It flows right into the main living space, making it easy to gather after a beach day. A two-car garage adds space for parking and all the beach extras.

With five bedrooms and four baths, there’s room for families to spread out. The primary suite offers a king bed and a spa-style bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two guest rooms include private baths, while the remaining rooms feature bunk setups designed for maximum fun.
