ABOUT WINDMARK BEACH
WindMark Beach is a planned coastal community on Florida's Forgotten Coast, quieter and far less commercialized than the big Panhandle beach towns. A boardwalk runs along the shoreline, golf cart and nature trails wind through the neighborhood, and the shallow Gulf water is calm, ideal for paddleboarding, kayaking, and little kids. If you want a slower pace with your own set of wheels, this is it.


Guests tell us the boardwalk makes the beach feel like the backyard, and the golf cart makes the whole neighborhood feel like yours. 


PLEASE NOTE

• The included golf cart is not street legal and is intended for use within the WindMark Beach community only.
• The pools are community amenities shared with the neighborhood, not private to the home.
• Renters must be 25 or older.
• E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.
 

PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well-trained dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations, any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.


INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
