The space
Welcome to Villa Kapal Seminyak, a private three-bedroom haven designed for beauty and ease. Hidden in a peaceful lane just off Jalan Mertanadi, the villa balances serenity with access to Seminyak’s cafés, boutiques, and beaches.

Step inside the enclosed living room where cool air meets warm textures. Polished concrete floors, handcrafted rattan lamps, and a deep white sofa face a 65-inch Samsung Frame Smart TV. Large glass doors slide open to the garden and pool, so you can relax in AC comfort while still surrounded by tropical light.

The dining area features a solid teak table that comfortably seats six guests, ideal for slow breakfasts or shared dinners prepared by our on-call chef. Nearby, a large kitchen island doubles as a breakfast bar with high stools.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all cooking essentials. Whether you cook yourself or let our chef prepare a floating breakfast, everything you need for in-villa dining is at hand.

The living zone flows naturally from the kitchen, spacious, elegant, and perfect for connection. Stream movies, enjoy board games, or simply stretch out on the sofa with the pool view glimmering through the glass.
