The laundry machines are located in the double car garage with easy access off the private primary courtyard.



Patio faces west to enjoy entertaining with friends and beautiful desert sunsets. Enjoy our wonderful desert on your vacation from the winter cold at home.



Guest Access:

CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the dining facilities, day spa and hair salon only.



Forty-six community swimming pools are available to renters.

Check-In/Check-Out. Your Check-in and Check-out times are set forth in your Reservation Agreement. You understand and agree that if you stay past the agreed check-out time, Company has the right under state law, and you will be assessed $100/hour charge if you are found to be in the home before Check-in time or after Check-out time. Due to local regulations, guests in some regions are required to check-in at one of our local offices.
