5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms en suite + guest toilet, private pool, garden, beach within 12 minutes walking distance. Cabopino harbor, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, golf and tennis nearby and also within walking distance. The center of Marbella is 10 minutes away by car and the airport is 20 minutes away by car.
The entire villa is lovingly and modernly furnished, the kitchen fully equipped. Children and small dogs up to 5 kg are welcome. The ideal starting point for a relaxing family vacation. ,

Perfect villa

We stayed with our adult children and grandchildren. The house Is spacious and modern with everything you need. Right down to good quality hair dryers in each bedroom. We are very picky customers not one of us found fault. The only thing I would change if the villa belong to me would be moving the bbq down to the pool area. We had a fabulous holiday

We are from Germany and bought the house as a family retreat for us and our 3, in the meantime grown up, children. We love to spend time here with the family and our little Maltese dog. We walk to the beach and enjoy our evening in one of the nice restaurants or on at home on one of the terraces.

Because we are close to everything and have the lovely view of the ocean.

What makes this property unique

Everything is newly renovated and decorated with a lot of passion. As we also use it ourselves it is not a typical rental house. It’s more like a house to feel at home.
