A Fully furnished luxury 5 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Dubai in downtown besides Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall, with Fountain view offering a covered allocated parking space for 2 vehicle, free WIFI, Shared Gym, Shared pool, Jacuzzi in the apartment make your stay more pleasant and perfect and a 24HR guest relation at your service.

It has a size of 334 sqm in a high-rise community that includes 4 bedrooms with on suite washroom, a living room with 55inch smart TV, a dining room, guest washroom, 1 kids room and a fully equipped closed kitchen.

We have round the clock 24/7 hours Guest Relations Team and they Guest relations officer shall get in touch with you 1 day prior to your arrival to share the check-in instructions and he will be physically available at the location on your arrival time.

Tourists can marvel at the entire city from the observation deck on the 128th floor. In front of the Burj Khalifa sits the Dubai Fountain, a huge, choreographed fountain system, shooting water up to 500 feet in the air accompanied by a range of classical to contemporary world music. Next to the fountain sits the Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping mall, which offers over 1,200 shops and features the Dubai Aquarium, Ice Rink, and the Sega Republic
