House Rules

* No parking on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.
* Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are
not allowed at Windsor Cay. Vehicles in violation of the parking
policy will be towed at the guest's expense.
* Additional charges apply if the owner has to fix something or pay
for additional cleaning if rules are not complied with.
* Trash should be disposed of daily in the plastic bin provided to
maintain cleanliness.
* No daily housekeeping service is provided; however, mid-stay
cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
* The pool heater must be requested 48 hours in advance, and it will
not work in cold weather. Optional pool heating is available, and
both the pool and spa will have the same temperature since the spa
is not a hot tub.
* BBQ rental is optional.
* Online purchases sent via USPS will not be delivered, as vacation
homes are not recognized as regular addresses. Only UPS, DHL, and
FedEx deliver to the property, and packages may be delivered to the
clubhouse where fees may apply. The resort may not accept all
packages, and the host is not responsible for issues with online
purchases.
* Registration is required to access amenities at the Reef Club
within Windsor Cay Resort.
