After booking and once arrival instructions are sent, guests must complete a community registration form via link to receive a QR code for gated access.
🌊 Pool Heat Policy
$35 per day (plus tax)
5-day minimum
Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
Please note:
The attached spa is NOT a hot tub (no jets)
Spa heats to same temperature as pool (max 90°F)
Heat pump system does not operate below 50°F outdoor temperature
No refunds due to weather-related temperature limitations
