Tastefully furnished Finca close to Cala d'Or with private pool. Finca Carmen offers nice views of the countryside and distance seaviews and is suitable for up to 6 persons.

Finca Carmen is midway between S'Horta and Cala D'Or and offers distant seaviews and a nice view of the countryside. The small villages of Calonge and S'Horta are approx. 2 km away and offer some small shops for the daily needs, cafés and some restaurants. Cala D'Or offers a busy pedestrian zone with boutiques, restaurants and bars, as well as a variety of sparetime activities, watersports, a number of beaches and a splendid yacht harbour. The sandy little cove of Cala Sanau is only a 5 minutes drive away.

Finca Carmen is built on two floors, with modern fittings and high quality furniture.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and doors towards the garden. The kitchen is fully fitted, a large archway connects the kitchen with the dining room, which has nice garden views. On the same floor is one bedroom with kingsize bed, built-in cupboards and bathroom en-suite as well as a guest toilet with shower.

On the first floor are two more bedrooms, one with a king size bed and private terrace, one with twin beds and terrace. Both bedrooms are sharing one bathroom.

Air-conditioning throughout on a timer (14:00 to 16:00 hrs and 22:00 to 08:00 hrs).

The owners of the property live in an apartment located on the basement of the house. They are a really friendly and don't use the pool or garden area. The entrance is towards the back of the house.

The exterior offers beautiful open views of almond groves and the sea in the distance. The pleasant gardens have a small grassed area, a citrus grove, many ornamental features and plenty of space for children to play. There is a lovely covered dining terrace overlooking the pool and a large pool with Roman steps. The sun terrace is fitted with comfortable sunbeds. By the pool there is a covered barbecue area.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request. Second cot/highchair on request.
No pets please.
