Wonderful summer house with stunning views and direct access to the paradisaical beach of Cala d'Or, becoming the dreamy place of 8 guests
When you wake up early in the morning you are going to be willing to enjoy a delicious breakfast while admiring the stunning views to the turquoise waters of Cala d'Or, just the perfect company. Afterwards, you can relax right here on one of the two sun loungers if you want to bask in the sun in a quieter and cosier place. A second terrace at the back is the perfect place to enjoy a good reading and a coffee before heading to the beach and take a dip, right from here through a beautiful stepped path, what a luxury!! Then, enjoy your lovely evenings alfresco with a fantastic barbecue!!

This two storey house welcomes you with a warm and charming living room, where you can sit and chat with your loved ones or watch a TV series in the satellite TV channels. Then, you access the dining area, perfectly furnished to enjoy your favourite dishes by the terrace and the landscape. Next to the dining you will find the kitchen, with a ceramic top or the oven to cook and enjoy the dishes on the dining table. There are four bedrooms in total, all of them with a closet and air-conditioning. Two of the bedrooms still are on the main floor, one with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, and the other with two twin beds. There are two more bedrooms upstairs, again one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. There also is a toilet and two independent bathrooms with a shower each. We will be happy to provide a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. There are three fans and the laundry room completes the equipment (this includes a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board).

The house is located in a very quiet urbanisation submerged in an environment of amazing beauty. You can see how Cala d'Or is a true paradise where you will want to spend the whole vacation, but we invite you to visit other dream-like beaches and coves like Cala Ferrera, Cala Egos, Cala Santanyí and the impressive Natural Park of Mondragó, among many other natural jewels. If you like playing golf, the course of Golf Vall d'Or is just 8.8 km away.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
