Welcome to your Florida Gulf Coast escape—a private 2-bedroom HEATED pool house with hot tub, perfectly located just 1 mile from Buccaneer Bay at Weeki Wachee Springs and minutes from some of the most beautiful water and nature experiences in the state.
Whether you’re here to swim with manatees, chase sunsets, or simply relax poolside with a drink in hand, this home is designed for unforgettable getaways.

Enjoy your own house with a heated pool, hot tub, private backyard, and newly renovated house. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and an oversized kitchen. Owners suite has a king size bed. 2nd Bedroom has queen and twin bunk beds. Family room has a daybed with a pull out trundle. Sleeps 8. On sight laundry.

Our home is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and water activities. Weeki Wachee is 1 mile away. Other springs like Homosassa and Crystal River are within 30 minutes. New Port Richey, Tarpon Springs, Hudson, and Hernando Beach are all within a 10-30 minute drive.
Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Pete Beaches are all 45 minutes to an hour based on traffic.
Swim with manatee, rent a boat for fishing or swimming, kayak, paddle board, etc. is all close by. Brooksville also has dirt bike trails. Hernando Beach and Weeki Wachee also have hiking trails, all within 10-15 minutes away. Pine Island is a great beach day only 7 miles away!
When you're home, relax in the heated pool and hot tub!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put towels in the washing machine on HOT and start before leaving. Put all sheets and bedding the bed used.
All trash needs to be in the blue bin. Trash day is Monday and
Put any dishes in dishwasher and start it. Hand washed dishes should be left on the drying rack next to sink. (Located under sink).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Very nice home! Clean with many amenities. Host was very responsive and addressed any needs right away. The nice heated pool was great, since the weather was a bit cool. Great location, near many restaurants and things to do. Nice neighborhood as well.

One mile from Weeki Wachee Buccaneer Bay & River, quick drive to Pine Island Beach, Hernando Beach, Hudson Beach, SunWest Beach, and less than 30 minutes to Homossassa & Crystal River, or in the opposite direction is New Port Richey & Tarpon Springs. 45 minutes to Tampa area and those beaches. Conveniently located to great restaurants, shopping, and hospitals.
