Excellent Location

Great house that comfortably housed 4 adults and 3 kids. The heated pool was a hit. Nice area that was peaceful.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The house is well stocked with everything you may need. The pool was really nice. The back yard was perfect for pets. The inside of the house was clean and ready for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked. The dock was a good size for fishing. Restaurants and shopping were close by.

Fantastic stay

The property is lovely, we stayed for 6 nights, and it was exactly what we needed and wanted. The pool is great, the house is clean with everything you need. Love the area and the neighbours, and the grill is a great touch. It is quiet and relaxing, and the beds are super comfortable. No problems at all. I highly recommend this house and location. We fell in love with it, even looked at properties to buy in the area! We would stay here again for sure!!

Relaxing time in Hernando Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as the pictures show. It’s hard to decide if the best part was the porch or the pool! We saw amazing sunrises from the porch in the mornings. We had everything that we needed in the well stocked kitchen. We highly recommend!

Relaxing stay

We had a great time! The house was roomy, comfortable & well equipped. Checking was easy (all covered in the email). It’s convenient to anything you really need & off the beaten path enough to be quiet & relaxing. Easy walk to the preserve. Pool is lovely. Good variety of things to do within an hour. Very happy with our stay!

Quick trip

I wasn’t able to spend much time at the property, as I was in town for a wedding, and had a lot of errands to run in the short time I was there. I definitely plan on booking another stay in the future. The entire property was immaculate, inside and out, and I could stay on the screened in porch for days and watch the boats go by, it’s so relaxing! I definitely recommend this location!

Any issues we had (and ours were minor) Alan responded within minutes. The location is great.The house is listed as three-bedroom, but is actually only a two-bedroom home with queen size bed and futon in the lower level. Our daughter and her 15 yr old son shared this area and it worked out fine. We had 5 adults, a 15 yr old, and a 1 yr old and had no problem with the sleeping arrangements.

Ideal getaway spot

Canal home with direct access to the Gulf. We never tired of the birds and wildlife that kept us company. Placing our bets on the pelicans that would drag race up and down the canal was great sport. Dolphin sightings and a bald eagle catching lunch one day. Property had great curb appeal and the house was very clean. Kitchen tableware could us an upgrade but otherwise very satisfactory.
