Condo is a little run down. But nothing major to keep us from staying again. We always stay at the Nautical Watch every year.

Check in was easy, location was nice. House could use some TLC, most of the outlets didn’t work and master bedroom could use more lighting. Overall was a good stay and would book again.

The location was great with a beautiful view of the gulf. The room had everything we needed and was as described. The property could use some tlc as it is showing wear. Also, the balcony is in need of some new furniture.

We have stayed in several condos within this complex and have always enjoyed our visits, but this particular unit fell well below the standard of the others. The furniture was extremely old and worn, and the living room had a very small 30-inch TV that was nearly impossible to view from across the room.Overall, the condo felt neglected. The walls, doors, and trim showed noticeable wear, and the unit lacked basic supplies and furnishings. The kitchen was stocked with a mismatched assortment of inexpensive, dollar‑store‑quality utensils and dishes. There was only one drinking glass, so we had to use coffee mugs. The bedroom carpet “crunched” when walked on, and the bed creaked, shifted, and thumped against the wall every time you rolled over, making restful sleep difficult. The entire unit did not feel like “an escape,” but more like a Motel 6 due to the sparse furnishings and overall condition.The one saving grace was the beautiful view from the balcony. This unit has potential, but it needs significant updates and attention.

I have stayed in Nautical Watch before and love the location. It’s a small and quiet building with balconies overlooking the ocean. But the unit I stayed in before was so well decorated and filled with thoughtful amenities that it felt like staying in someone’s home. In contrast A2 felt barebones minimum. With just a little effort it could be so much more welcoming. The unit needs a renovation. The floors felt so tacky on bare feet that I mopped. The couch was the only comfortable place to sit. It would be convenient if the parking pass was inside the unit rather than driving to another building to receive it. The code provided for the unit and beach access were wrong. But a phone call to the number provided cleared it up quickly. The unit has everything you need.
