Great Location

The location of the condo was great! The 19th floor allows you to see very far into the distance. The condo has a delicious restaurant next door. The furnishings were comfortable.

Loved this condo. We were given the wrong code to get into the parking garage and the wrong code for our door, but we received a quick response from the rental company and quickly had the issue resolved. The condo was beautiful, clean and the views were incredible. We would definitely stay here again. The unit as stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We loved Seychelles and Schooners.

I reached out to our rental company before posting an online review because I felt it was only fair to share our experience with them first.After we checked in, unpacked, and left for dinner, it appeared housekeeping entered our condo after 6:00 PM without any notice. Our personal belongings were left out, and sheets had been placed on the kitchen counter. Normally, guests are notified before anyone enters their unit, and we would have secured our personal items had we known.Although the condo looked clean at first, once we settled in, we found numerous issues. The attached photos show black mold above the microwave, heavy dust in the vents, rust on utensils and the paper towel holder, dirty bathroom cabinets, trash beside a bed, stained walls, and dirty baseboards. Several of these issues appeared to have been neglected for months.We chose not to report the problems during our stay because we didn't want to spend our vacation waiting for the condo to be deep cleaned. Instead, we cleaned what we could ourselves and made the best of it.Overall, we enjoyed our vacation, but the condition of the unit was disappointing. The only response we received from Panhandle Getaways was, "Thank you, we will forward this to housekeeping." Given the condition of the condo, I don't feel that adequately addressed our concerns.
