Nestled in DeSoto, this beautiful house offers a cozy retreat for guests or corporate professionals needing a quite work from home day. ADA compliant home offers 1 BR w/2 single beds, 1 bathroom w/large walk in shower & bench. Open living room w/trundle bed folding out for 2 additional twin beds. Fully equipped kitchen w/convection oven. Awesome neighborhood. There are no shared spaces. There is a wall that separates the host living space from guest space. There are no shared spaces and separate front doors. Parking is limited to 2 spaces. Pre-approval required for additional parking.
