This is the second time we have stayed here. We love Hukilau Beach and love walking right out to it. This unit has everything you need if you want to cook and it has beach towels, boogie boards and chairs if you want to hit the beach! Robyn and her family are extremely friendly and helpful. We also love this location because we like it do things in Haleiwa and Kailua so it's central to go either direction and enjoy all the sites, hikes and beaches!
Our short visits with Robyn and Ned were great, and the location of their apartment was very convenient for the activities we had planned. A walk on the beach was just a minute away, the Mormon Temple was only about a half mile, and the Polynesian Cultural Center about a mile distant. The apartment was well equipped for our needs, and we enjoyed down time spent there while watching TV, reading, and doing internet work.

We had a very enjoyable time at the Hukilau Beach apartment. Hawaiian weather provided some challenges the first couple of days but it also provided some beautiful sunrises and rainbows. The whole Williams family was friendly and helpful during our stay. For us the location was perfect. Great food, nice quiet beaches and lots of activities within minutes.
Thank you Williams family for your help in making this such an enjoyable experience.
We loved our stay in Laie. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to use boogie boards and beach chairs. The beach was just steps away from the accommodations and was the best beach we visited. I would definitely visit again and stay here.
We really enjoyed our stay. Hukilau is my favorite beach in Laie and we were so excited to stay in a place that was right on the beach. Robyn was so accommodating and easy to work with. The unit is well equipped with everything you need....from the kitchen, to the beach! This unit had it all. The beds were comfortable, there are plenty of fans and a air conditioner in the living room so we didn't get too hot. Hawaii can be hot and muggy this time of year...we didn't have a problem. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Robyn!
Good location for the North Shore if you wanted to explore different beaches and areas. Close to the Polynesian cultural Center, foodland, a few good places to eat. We picked Laie because we didn't want too many tourists, like Waikiki. Laie has a cool vibe with the university there, there's lots of young adults around. Lindsay took care of us while her parents were away and she was great; gave some good tips and her kids were adorable (and actually pretty quiet, for those wondering). I appreciated the little things like cooking utensils and some extra cooking stuff like oil and coffee creamer. We would stay here again for sure.
The Polynesian Cultural Center and BYU-H are located 1 mile away. The North Shore is located 7 miles away with fantastic waves, swimming, snorkeling, and whale and turtle watching. You can walk on the reef to Goat Island by walking 5 minutes up the beach.
