Work remotely from a true oceanfront home on Oahu’s quiet North Shore — with fast Wi‑Fi and a lanai that works as a full‑day outdoor workspace.
The covered balcony stays shaded throughout the day and benefits from a constant, light ocean breeze, making it comfortable to work outside without heat or screen glare. It is the hosts’ favorite place to work: video calls can easily be taken from the lanai. For focused indoor work, there is also a dedicated table inside, offering a quiet and reliable alternative workspace.
You will wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy uninterrupted ocean views. The condo sits directly on the ocean — no roads, no parking areas in between — allowing you to experience beachfront living throughout the day and night.
THE SPACE
The apartment features a studio‑style layout with an open sleeping area separated by curtains (no door). This open design allows for natural airflow and light across the entire space and is well suited for longer, comfortable stays.
The condo does not have air conditioning by design. Instead, it relies on ocean breezes, ceiling fans, traditional Hawaiian jalousie windows, and its beachfront location to remain comfortable year‑round. Many guests appreciate this sustainable approach and enjoy falling asleep to the sound of the ocean.

OCEANFRONT & BEACH
The reef‑protected beach directly in front of the building is one of the safest on the island. The water remains shallow for over 100 meters, creating calm conditions ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Since there is no public parking nearby, the beach is primarily used by residents, ensuring a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Sea turtles (honu) are frequently spotted right in front of the property.
FOR SMALL FAMILIES
The condo works well for couples and small families staying longer. A baby crib and a small selection of toys are available for guests traveling with young children. The calm beach and quiet surroundings are often especially appreciated during extended stays.
EXCLUSIVE ACCESS & COMMUNITY AMENITIES The apartment and lanai are exclusively yours. Guests also have access to shared community amenities, including:

LOCATION & DAILY CONVENIENCE
Directly across the street is a local supermarket with an attached kitchen offering quick meals. Several nearby food trucks provide a variety of dining options. A bus stop is located right outside the building, offering direct connections to Ala Moana Center, Walmart, and Sam’s Club — a convenient option for guests who prefer not to drive every day.
PEACEFUL STAY & RESPONSIBLE PEST CONTROL
Guests enjoy complete privacy with contactless check‑in via a key box. For urgent matters, a local contact on Oʻahu is available, and we are always happy to assist with any questions during your stay.
Due to Hawaiʻi’s tropical climate, regular pest control is essential. A monthly pest control service is conducted, and we kindly ask guests to participate to help keep the apartment in excellent condition.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Security: The building is monitored 24/7 with security cameras in common and outdoor areas, and a resident manager or security staff is typically on site.
Laundry: Washing machines and dryers are available on the 4th and 6th floors and can be used with cash or the PayRange app.
Beachfront Conditions: Due to the direct oceanfront location, metal items such as mirrors or exhaust fans may show signs of corrosion from the salt air. This does not affect cleanliness or functionality and is a natural result of the tropical environment. For this reason, we have chosen not to include a TV; guests typically use laptops or tablets for streaming.
AVAILABILITY & REGISTRATION
This is a privately owned home and is owner‑occupied part of the year. Availability is therefore limited to specific periods.
The condo is offered exclusively as a minimum 30‑day rental in compliance with Honolulu regulations (ROH Chapter 21). No stays shorter than 30 days are offered or advertised. Guests may arrive and depart at any time within their booked 30‑day period.
