Vacation in paradise at Gone Coastal, a 4 bd/2 ba beach coastal retreat located between Destin & 30A. Our serene, gated community offers private beach access 1/3 mi away. The home accommodates 10 guests. Minutes away from a serene coastline, walking/biking trails, and exceptional coastal dining, the home offers a 6 person golf cart, 10 bikes, 10 beach chairs, a large cooler, beach toys, and 2 beach umbrellas. Gone Coastal is your home away from home. We partner with local vendors for discounts on pontoons, beach bonfires, and beach photos.

Gone Coastal is furnished with coastal themed furniture and decor and is perfect for families. The kitchen is fully appointed, perfect for family meals together. The kitchen and common areas boast an open floor plan concept full of light and the opportunity to connect with family while cooking, or relaxing in the living room. The farmhouse dining table seats 10.

The en suite master bedroom has a queen bed with two night stands and a dresser. The second bedroom has a queen-sized Murphy bed with floor to ceiling built-in bookshelves. The third bedroom has a queen bed with two nightstands and a dresser. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with twin and full-size mattresses and a bonus full size trundle. The patio has an oversized outdoor table that accommodates 10 guests, along with casual seating, a grill and a fire pit.

***Beach Essentials*** During your stay with us, we furnish beach umbrellas, 10 beach chairs, a 30 quart cooler, and variety of beach toys for kids ***** We do not furnish beach towels or sunscreen. Enjoy the private beach access, away from the Destin crowds!

*******Only 3 vehicles are permitted at this residence. One of the spaces in the garage is taken up by the 6 person golf cart. The other three spaces are for guest parting. Under no circumstance can a vehicle or golf cart block the sidewalk*****

Note: The guest making the reservation must be over 25 years of age to reserve this home. The person making the reservation must be present for the entire duration of the stay. Parents of individuals under the age of 25 are not permitted to make a reservation to circumvent this requirement. Guests with zero reviews will be asked to provide a snapshot of their driver's license or Government ID before check in.

Our golf cart is considered a low speed vehicle by the state of Florida and may only be driven on roads with a speed limit of 35 mph or less. It can be driven to any beach or restaurant along Scenic 98 - over 10 miles of roads. However, it may not be driven on a major highway or on the sidewalk. If you get caught, the sheriff will issue a citation. Guests are required to read, sign and return golf cart liability form prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for observing all traffic rules when using the 6-person golf cart and are responsible for any traffic citations they receive. Guests will hold the owner harmless for any injury they cause while operating the 6 person golf cart.

Pets, smoking, vaping, and controlled drugs (including marijuana) are prohibited inside the home. A $600 violation per incident or per pet will be assessed if any of the above are violated. So, for example, individuals who sneak 2 pets in home will be fined $1,200.00. (Yep! There are "those people" out there, and they have been fined accordingly.)
