Wonderful stay, property very well cared for and maintained for a comfortable experience. All amenities were of high quality, was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in with the best location.

My family and I had the best time. The beach was amazing with beautiful sunsets.Harry is the best host and so helpful. The cabin came fully accommodated with the necessities and the outside shower is epic! It was an amazing vacation. Can’t wait to come back. Location is close to everything.

Loved our stay

Beautiful property with amazing front seat view of the ocean. The location is conveniently placed along the beach for easy access to restaurants. Courteous owners and look forward to enjoy beach side view again at this location.

Perfect location

Very relaxing looking at the ocean with my moring coffee from the backyard of the cottage and the sunsets were beautiful!

Relaxation

We enjoyed our stay immensely. You could not ask for a better location or view. The house was well stocked and clean and we would not hesitate to book another week.

This was our sixth year at Chicasi. It is always very well maintained and looks amazing despite the hurricane last year. Great location, perfect beach access and gorgeous yard with gazebo. Will be back again next year!

Beautiful!!

This was an amazing cottage! Perfect location, beautiful sunsets, used the grill a few nights, that was very nice. The owner checked in with us when we arrived, which was very nice. We will definitely be staying here next year!!

Family Getaway

Chicasi is a beautiful property. The outdoor space was to die for and the cottage itself was a a great blend of modern conveniences and beach living. We also loved the outdoor shower. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect in every way. Best location in Indian Rocks Beach. The cottage is uniquely charming.

Chic-A-Si cottage is a gem. The comfort and style of the gulf viewing veranda cannot be over-exaggerated. There is simply no better place to relax, party, dine, people-watch, enjoy nature, star gaze, or enjoy sunsets .

Perfect Beach Cottage

This was our third time renting this adorable cottage. We love being right on the beach and short walking distance to so many of the best restaurants. The landscaping and outdoor areas are beautiful and so well taken care of. The inside is charming and clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. We can’t wait to go back!

Third time - same charm!

We have stayed in this adorable home for the last 3 years and have had the same amazing experience each time. It is the perfect cottage on the beach for a relaxing week (or more) and we feel lucky to have found a home away from home!

Excellent Vacay!!!

This was my family's second time staying at Chicasi and it was everything we expected and more. Cannot say enough good things about the charming cottage, the amazing location, and the awesome host of the property. The place was clean, had all the cookware, linens and towels you need. Right on the beach! Such a lovely place!!!

Beautiful and private

Best spot in Indian Rocks

My family has stayed at Chicasi 5 years in a row. Location is perfect. We can walk to a different restaurant or ice cream shop every day. The cottage and yard are beautiful and well-maintained. We love Chicasi!
