Please contact me for more information. <br>The house features a bright and spacious living room with a TV and a balcony overlooking the sea, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (Italian Moka coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, cups, plates, silverware, and plenty of pots and pans for cooking); four bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), all equipped with pillows and blankets. Bed linens and towels are not included. Two bathrooms with a shower and bathtub, a washing machine, and all amenities (toiletries, hair dryer). There is a small but beautiful balcony with chairs where you can relax with a cup of coffee, enjoy lunch or dinner with family or friends while breathing in the fresh Sardinian air, and sip on a local Grippo, Limoncello, or Mirto; free Wi-Fi; First-aid kit; clothes rack; umbrella and toys; crib and high chair available upon request; parking nearby.
