Nestled in the heart of Virginia wine country and surrounded by sweeping views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this historic 42-acre estate offers a serene escape just minutes from Charlottesville.

This spacious and charming home features 3 bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, one with two twin beds. The first floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area perfect for gathering.

There is a patio with outdoor seating and a charcoal grill.

Privacy: To respect the privacy of all residents and guests, we ask that you coordinate any visitors with us ahead of time.
Regarding pets, we only allow dogs. In general, we do ask that dogs be kept on a leash. We ask that pets not be at the pool or at the barn.
Please sign the provided pool waiver,. We provide pool towels. There is no lifeguard so no diving (only 5ft deep) or running and jumping in the pool.
