Enjoy this incredible, family-friendly home with a heated indoor pool! This home is perfectly located in the heart of Joplin with easy access to major highways, hospitals, local universities/colleges, shopping, restaurants, and downtown. This home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional, spacious bunk house that is heated and cooled (there is no bathroom in the bunk house, but has easy access to the main home bathroom).

This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along with a spacious bunkhouse and a heated indoor pool! It is complete with all utilities, a stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, Televisions in each room and more!

Each bedroom in the main house has clean linens, spacious closets and smart tv's for our guests convenience. Each bathroom has fresh white towels and toiletry items. The heated indoor pool is a great spot year round to relax and spend time with family and friends swimming, watching tv or trying your hand at a game of billiards.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the everyday kitchen items and utensils you would need, and you can enjoy a meal at our large family dining table. There is also a laundry room that includes a washer, dryer, and iron along with an ironing board.

The Loft
In the main home, the bedrooms are located upstairs in the loft area. There is one king bed and a twin bunkbed. There is also a bedroom located upstairs with two king beds. Additionally there is a large bathroom located upstairs.


The Bunkhouse

The bunkhouse is a space located directly behind the main home. There you will find a place perfect for kids and adults alike. The bunkhouse can sleep up to 4 guests, and is heated and cooled to keep it comfortable year round. Inside you will find a kids corner set up for young children to enjoy playing pretend, a ping pong table and a living room space equipped with a large smart tv.

Our home is perfect for friends, families, adventurers, or anyone looking for a comfortable clean place to stay.


Please Note

The Bunkhouse is not equipped with a bathroom but there are bathrooms in the main home.

The house was nice. Had everything we needed for cooking etc. The kids loved the pool. The bunk house was great for the young adults. We will stay again.

This house is a hidden gem! We were in town for a wrestling tournament and needed something that accommodated several kids of all ages and this was perfect! The pool was a perfect temp, pool table was great for dads, the separate building with a big game room and beds was great for the teens!

The property is gorgeous. Communication was very good. It took us a sec to get the back door gate open, but once we did, it was no biggie. The only complaints in our multi-family group was privacy (which wasn’t really misrepresented) and overnight restroom access from the bunkhouse. The kids loved the pool and the games in the bunkhouse! The adults enjoyed the large kitchen and the open seating, as well as the pool.

Checkin and location were as described. TV in pool rec area was non funtioning. Doors to backyard seemed to be secured from outside. Coild not be opened. House was clean but had a thick layer of dust on everything. As if it had not been stayed in for a while.
