Inside, a spacious open-concept floor plan creates the perfect setting for gathering family and friends after a sun-soaked day at the beach. Custom finishes elevate the space, including white quartz countertops, 10-foot ceilings, shiplap accents, and a charming metal roof. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee on the screened-in back porch or “makin’ the bacon” in the fully stocked kitchen, this home offers a relaxed yet refined beach retreat.

ABOUT THE AREA

Four bikes are included so you can explore Scenic Highway 30A the right way. Guests enjoy convenient access to four nearby public beach access points, along with the rare bonus of being adjacent to one of 30A’s coastal dune lakes. Big Red Fish Lake sits just west of the home, with neighborhood access points nearby.

BEACH ACCESS

The closest beach access is Gulf Point Road Beach Access, located at the end of Gulf Point Road. This access offers a simple walking path to the beach with no parking or amenities.

Wonderful Stay in 30A

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The during flying pig was the perfect fit for us. It's a great space, well appointed and finished with all the comforts you would need. The beds were all comfortable and the space was great. The pool and the hot tub were also great and got alot of use. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the pristine beaches, or a short golf cart ride to grayton, seaside of the restaurants and coffee shops of blue mountain. The company was super responsive and answered any questions by text immediately, including just simple questions about the area. Loved our stay and will look to book with them again.
