College View Cottage newly furnished & painted, hardwood floors & ready for you to enjoy. Has 2 BR, 2 B, 3 rd BR that's setup with a Z-bar, iron & ironing board, blowup twin mattress. 1 BR has its own private bath, 2nd Bath is off the hallway. Walking distance to UNA baseball field, & basketball gyn. This house is strictly for renting and not my personal use & I hope you find it to be welcoming & comfortable!
Pets: No more than 2 dogs are allowed!!!Only Small dogs $50 per dog. Fee Non Refundable

***FISHERMEN*** PLEASE note the carport has a 81” clearance, so please LOWER TROLLING MOTOR before entering the carport.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Strip sheets & pillow cases place in floor by the bed. Fold up the bed comforter. Place all used towels in the bath tub. Check out time is 10:00
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Names and contact info for all guest to be provided to host within 3 days after booking. Guest with dogs need to ok with me before booking.
Pet fee $50 per dog. Maximum 2 dogs. Only small to medium size. No dogs over 50 lb allowed. Please have your dog bathed before your stay.
I do not rent to locals. No parties.
