Rate is for 2 people, add'l person is $25/per night. Please state total # of guests you will have a limited # of bedrms open depending on # of guests.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture/bedding. If hair is found there will be an add'l $50 cleaning fee. All dog feces to be picked up - $25 fee.
There is one interior garage space available for the tenant. (The host has a covered vehicle on one side of the garage that is not to be touched.)
