Everything was amazing! The host was incredibly friendly and the communication was 10/10 from start to finish. They made the entire process so seamless and stress free. I would absolutely book with them again!

Communication from the host was abyssal. I understand unforeseen situations occur but if I did not send a message to the host asking for the entry instructions a couple hours before check-in, I would have not known that they would cancel the reservation. If the host had checked on the home the day before or morning of they should have communicated that they needed to cancel. The reason given was no hot water and a leak. I had people coming to check in and VRBO could not locate another home in close vicinity.Communication is key.
