Sólo $ 529. 00 por semana. Sin cargo de limpieza. Cada reserva incluye el uso gratuito de un 'NAVI' / GPS ', una selección de refrescos y un material súper cupón de descuento del paquete y tarjeta. Decorado en estilo 'Florida' con colores pastel y un ambiente tropical. Sus niños estarán encantados con los muchos animales de peluche de Disney y películas en DVD. Todos los parques / atracciones / restaurantes / gasolineras Orlando temáticos, etc. ya están vorgrammiert y se pueden seleccionar fácilmente. Great place

Would definitely recommend this location. My parents enjoyed their stay very much. This apt is within a great gated community which was a big plus. The host is excellent very responsive and attentive.

Everything you need

I loved the property it was quiet and friendly. The pond in the back with the ducks the kids loved. Mr jan the property owner was awesome, welcoming and answered any questions I had. The pool was nice and right by the restaurant in the community. I love the little details like the book that tells you the grocery stores and restaurants in the area, for a personal touch. I am also a cooker so it is great all the cookware provided. I love this place and i would recommend anyone to stay at this beautiful condo!!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Ventura Club, Orlando! The place was very nice, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. Great Stay

Nice Condo in a gated community. Very clean and nice upgrades. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. Also a very nice golf course you can access at a discounted rate.

Comfortable Health Healing Retreat

Our family used this vacation condo as a health healing retreat, and it was great! The condo was super clean with modern upgrades in the baths and kitchen. The community was safe and quiet, and the owner was friendly and accommodating. This is a relaxing get-away for adults and children.

Amazing Property!

Amazing condo with everything you need for a perfect stay! It was VERY clean. The area is quiet and pools close by. Owner is very responsive and check in was very easy! The pictures are accurate! Highly recommend!

Great get away for snowbirds

Very clean on arrival, gated community, pond, swimming pool, clubhouse and golf. Close to grocery store, restaurants, fast food, Disney and the airport. Renting from owner now for 4-5 years. He is always available to solve any problems!

Spacious, well maintained condo

Enjoyed our 3 month stay in this very well maintained clean condo. The owner is a very friendly accommodating person. The condo has been renovated and is kept in very good condition. It is in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and Disney.

Well equipped and comfortable, spotlessly clean. I had every necessity at bay. Very well maintained bathrooms and a cosy/spacious bedroom. Property was of the highest standard really clean l have been coming to Florida for over 20years this is one of the best places we have stayed in for cleanliness everything was made available to us the pool and hot tub were close by and quite clean.On day three we met the owner Jan who was very helpful giving us a few tips on where and directions to various areas of interest he was easily contactable.Thank you Jan for a wonderful stay would come back again when visiting Florida.

Wonderful Condo in Orlando Ventura

What a wonderful stay in Orlando! The condo of Mr. Dorwarth was very beautiful. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a specious livingroom, a kitchen and a dining room as well as a porch. We had everything we needed and the owner was always very helpful when we had questions. We would like to give him and his property more then 5 points. We can recomend this location who is looking for a condo in Orlando.

We were impressed with the 24/7 security and controlled access services of Ventura Country Club, property and surroundings cleanliness, and Jan's excellent service and care. in addition to being located close to the Orlando Airport, the property is in close proximity to Supermarkets, Restaurants, Shopping Centers and Attractions, making it extremely convenient and comfortable . Wonderful Experience

Beautifully kept condo on Ventura Country Club near Orlando International Airport. Easy access to East and West coast & all of central Florida's attractions. Jan (the owner) keeps the condo beautifully & is a great to work with & any contact recieves a prompt reply. If not already taken - we will try to book with Jan again on our next visit.

My husband and I stayed at Jan's property for 2 weeks over the holiday. The property was very clean, he was very responsive to any communication. Location close to Lee Vista (lots of restaurants, etc) as well as I-4 and the toll roads. It was a good fit for the 2 of us. Thanks for everything Jan!

Great clean property with amazing location!

Absolutely loved the condo! Decor was so perfect, everything we needed was provided. Owner was on point with contacting us and info for us. Location was perfect for our beach time and Disney/Universal days. Very convenient location for any shopping we required. Only thing I would have liked would have been the ability to turn the thermostat down to at least 74. 76 was too warm for us. We Did like that there was a fan and ceiling fan in each room for us to use. Pools on property were very nice as well!

Hello Delila. Thank you soo much for taking the time to write a review about your stay and I'm very happy that you enjoyed your stay so much. I wished you would have told me about the AC and I would have come over the same day to adjust it. I only live 8 min away from condo and can always be reached if there are any concerns. It was set at 75F during your stay, but can be adjusted with no problem. I also have ceiling fans and standing fans in every bedroom. Just ask me and I will be happy to adjust the temperature/thermostat. I hope to see you all again one day in the near future. All the best. Jan.
