Welcome to The Cozy Cottage—a comfortable, peaceful 2-bedroom home just a short walk from historic downtown Danville, Ellis Park, local restaurants, shops, and Courthouse Square.

Whether you’re visiting family, attending a local event, traveling for work, or simply looking for a relaxing getaway, the cottage gives you the convenience of being close to everything while still having a quiet place to unwind.

Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms with queen beds, a full kitchen for preparing meals, a cozy living area, fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

You’ll also enjoy free parking and in-home laundry, making the cottage especially convenient for longer stays.

One of the best features is the location. Take a short walk to Ellis Park or downtown Danville, grab dinner locally, explore Courthouse Square, or make the easy drive into Indianapolis and surrounding Hendricks County communities.

Traveling with a larger group? Our neighboring Cozy Cottage II can also be rented when available. Booking both cottages gives your group separate private spaces while keeping everyone conveniently close together.

Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the courthouse square and an easy drive to Turkey Run State Park and Indianapolis. The unit definitely had a cozy, cottage-like charm to it which certainly met all of our needs.

Quaint cottage with two bedrooms with full size beds. In a pinch it will sleep 6, but sleeps 4 comfortably. It is located in a small quiet community, but close enough to Indianapolis for a short commute to any event you may be attending.

I enjoyed the quiet location and everything was clean and tidy in the cottage. The house has a scent (old/musty?), but it was fine and I’m glad I was able to stay. The beds seemed to have memory foam toppers. The host was very helpful and responsive (and was gracious to assist me with a schedule change a couple weeks ahead of my stay).
