Escape to this lovely Lake Home overlooking Pickwick Lake in Iuka. We call it ‘Chasing Sunsets Pickwick’. With four spacious bedrooms, including 3 king beds & 4 twin beds, guests find plenty of room to relax and unwind. Two bathrooms offer plenty of room to make it easy to refresh after a day on the water! The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning and a fireplace for the colder nights, while comfortable amenities make you feel like home. Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, this relaxing retreat provides a comfortable space to feel like home away from home. We look forward to hosting you and hope to provide you with a fun and cozy place to call home for a few days. The Lake House overlooks Aqua Safe Harbor Marina and the Lake/ Boat Ramp, but is NOT on the water. It’s Across the street, short walking distance to Slips and Earls Grille. Very Convenient for travelers visiting the Marina, (Aqua & Grand Harbors) State Park, Pickwick Dam, FreddyTs, Etc. Easy IN/OUT circle driveway for towing a boat.

Was a very nice place to stay. Conveniently located across from the state park boat ramp which can be viewed from the upstairs bedroom which was a sweet room. Check-in process was easy and allowed us to check in earlier than advertised. Good communication. Was accurately described but wouldn’t recommend bringing a boat larger than 20’ as wasn’t any room to maneuver around to spare.

Thank you for choosing Chasing Sunsets. We were happy to host you and welcome you back anytime. The circle private drive helps tremendously in maneuvering. I apologize if you weren’t aware, but the “island” with a few trees in the middle of the drive is available to park in and use to maneuver as well. We normally just back into the spaces with curbs and unhook or just park in the drive between the offset garage and the house.

Our stay here was everything we hoped for and beyond. This was our first time in the Pickwick Lake area. This property met all of our needs and wants. We found it very clean, well kept, all appliances were in working order, the A/C ran smoothly. This property was in the perfect area for us, close to the marina and access to lake, Pickwick Landing State Park, with access to a family friendly swimming area. This is a must return for us. The host was very helpful, and prompt with any questions we had. Many little extra touches added in this property made our stay welcoming. Directions to property was easy to follow and well detailed. Check in and check out was clear to understand.

Brandon is the most understanding host you will ever encounter. Vrbo made some errors on the reservation info and Brandon was so understanding and accommodating. 5The lake house is perfect. The large porch was so comfortable. Even though it was hot outside, the fans on the porch made it very enjoyable to view the you harbor. There is a lot of privacy for the bedroom downstairs. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are roomy and cozy. The bedroom with walls of windows is magical!There is a fenced in area in the back so you can let your dog off lease to run around.You will enjoy your stay at Chasing Sunsets!

My wife and I are both from the Area. We look forward to Hosting our Lake home. This is our only Rental. We use it as our 2nd home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Feel free to ask us about boat/jet ski rentals , The Harbors, Restaurants, and River locations. We know the River well as we are on the water many times every summer.

The View. Quiet and Private with 3 other homes. It’s located right across the street from Aqua Safe Harbor Marina but tucked off of Hwy 25 enough to feel secluded.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! with a View. We love Aqua Harbor, Earls Grille, The Rib Cage, Freddy Ts, Pickwick Landing State Park, The Grand Harbor, T’s shake shack, The Outpost at Pickwick Dam, and Goat Island (Goats really live on the island) . Not to mention many spots on the River including where Mississippi, Alabama and Tennessee all meet. Our Lake house is just off of Hwy 25 with plenty of parking and a paved circle driveway for easy entry and exiting towing a boat. Plenty of room for the entire Family; Or a few Fishing tournament buddies. Also perfect for ladies night out at FreddyTs with a short 3 min drive. The most beautiful sunsets on the River are after Labor Day until mid October. The Sunsets are so beautiful from the River, that it inspired us to name our Property ‘CHASING SUNSETS’!!! Thank you for Choosing us and Enjoy your stay.
