The space
This expansive duplex features a stunning living area anchored by a huge artwork, a 7‑seater sofa, a lounger chair, two pouffes, and a six‑seat dining table beside a bespoke bar‑counter console. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, toaster, RO purifier, electric kettle, 4‑burner hob, induction cooktop, full utensils and crockery, plus optional gas stovetop access.

Bedrooms:
- Cozy Lazy Room – plush queen bed, contemporary decor, standing mirror
- Lake View Suite – king bed, private balcony, café seating for two, workstation, women‑empowerment décor
- Sub‑Saharan Suite – king bed, rocker chair, balcony with handmade cane swing for sunset soaking
- Dark Glam Room – king bed, dressing area with vanity mirror
- Relaxation Room – floor seating, cane lighting, private sauna

Four bathrooms (three en‑suite):
All feature hot‑water geysers, premium toiletries, and plush linens. Four guest‑accessible balconies offer serene views; the fifth and sixth utility balconies are reserved. A caretaker/driver room and a washing machine are on site.

Note: The apartment is on the 7th floor of Tower 14 in Aliens Space Station township. The society has 13 towers, of which only 3 are currently functional, while the rest are still under construction. There is no major construction noise, and all glass windows have been treated for sound dampening to ensure a peaceful stay. What we have done with the apartment is like finding a diamond in a coal mine—crafted with care and detail for your comfort. We also provide one dedicated parking space (our caretaker will guide you), while any additional vehicles can be parked in the visitors’ parking area.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire duplex:
Living room, kitchen, all bedrooms, balconies, and bathrooms.
The sauna and gas stovetop are chargeable; induction cooking and basic kitchen use are free.
One dedicated parking spot is included.

House Rules:
- No parties, events, or professional shoots
- No visitors without prior host approval
- Pets are only allowed with explicit permission
- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (no extra mattresses)
- Furniture must remain in its original place
- Security deposit: ₹20,000 (refundable within one hour of checkout)
- Electricity charges: For stays longer than six nights, billed separately based on meter readings
- Gas cylinder refill: The Guest pays any refill charges during the stay
- Additional services: We can arrange a cook or a driver at an extra cost
- Photo ID: Government‑approved ID required at check‑in
- Community decorum: Please respect shared spaces and maintain quiet
