Very beautiful, cosy, very comfortable apartment block "Aquamarine". 5 km from the centre of Dénia, in the district Les Marines, in a quiet, sunny position, 450 m from the sea, from the beach. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool (26 x 10 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, slide, outdoor shower, children's playground. Private: terrace (35 m2), garden furniture. In the house: lift, central heating system, air conditioning. Single garage. Shop 250 m, supermarket 450 m, restaurant, café 80 m, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Els Molins" 450 m. Sports harbour 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 2 km, surf school, sailing school 450 m.
