Unwind at The Lakehouse Retreat, a pet-friendly Craftsman home with 42 feet of no-bank waterfront and a private dock. Enjoy lake views by the fire pit, meals on the covered patio, and comfortable spaces to gather indoors. Sleeps six across three queen beds, with a Peloton, dedicated office, and on-site EV charger. Nearby shops and dining are within walking distance.

THE SPACE
Light-filled living areas, hardwood floors, and large windows create an inviting place to gather. The main level includes an open kitchen, dining area, and great room, with a fireplace and built-in bookshelves. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas range, generous prep space, and a walk-in pantry.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Enjoy meals on the covered patio with skylights and a BBQ grill, relax by the fire pit, or spend time at the private floating dock. The property offers 42 feet of no-bank waterfront and direct lake access.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The home sleeps up to six guests, with a queen bed in each of its three bedrooms. The primary suite offers lake views and a spa-inspired bathroom. The lower-level guest bedroom has a full bathroom and separate entrance for added privacy.

WORK AND WELLNESS
A dedicated office and a lower-level recreation area with a Peloton provide space to work and exercise. In-home laundry adds convenience for longer stays.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, yard, patio, waterfront, and private floating dock with a boat slip. Kayaks, bicycles, and the private gym are available during your stay. On-site parking includes a Level 2 EV charger. Self check-in is via smart lock.

LOCATION AND ARRIVAL
The retreat is on Lake Wilderness in Maple Valley, with nearby dining, shops, parks, and trails. A car is recommended for exploring the area. Travel times to Seattle and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport vary with traffic. Please park fully within the driveway; do not block the sidewalk or park on the street.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome; additional charges may apply. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please review the listing’s house rules and arrival information before your stay. The welcome guide includes instructions for the home and recreational equipment.

The lake house worked out perfectly for our family get together. Parking was a little bit of an issue, but we found a place to park extra cars down the road. The main living area accommodated all of us in the large kitchen. People had access to the lovely Lakeside and different seating options outdoors. I would highly recommend this location to others.

It was the perfect summer vacation home for my family. It was very clean. The host was extremely responsive. We found everything we needed to cook in the kitchen for our families. Our 8 year old was entertained 24/7. Breakfast was enough for everyone and then some. AND an easy to use espresso machine!! The open concept living room/kitchen had tons of seating, we could all hangout and talk in the same room. All the water toys made for plenty to do. They even provided new floaties and a pump. The motorized dock allowed Grandma to come out on the lake with us safely. Having life jackets adds an extra level of safety as well! The neighbors were very friendly. The house feels secluded amongst the trees but is also just a few minutes drive from “town.” 3 stories provided enough room for everyone to have privacy. We loved the interior design. All in all we had a great time and if we ever come back this way, we will stay here again!

We enjoy hosting because we know how meaningful it is to find a place that truly lets you unwind. Whether guests are celebrating something special, working remotely with a view, or just needing a reset by the water, we want the home to feel easy, welcoming, and restorative. We give guests space to enjoy the property fully, but we’re always available if anything is needed.
