Set on a large open lot with easy lake access, the home offers room to relax, spread out, and enjoy time together. With multiple sleeping areas, a bunk loft for kids, and thoughtful touches throughout, it’s an easy, low-stress setting for families and small groups looking for a peaceful getaway.

Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Summerton. This beautiful retreat offers four bedrooms, including a king bed, two queen beds, a full bed, and a cozy bunk bed—perfect for families. Guests enjoy two full bathrooms. The serene atmosphere invites you to relax and unwind after a day of exploring, fishing or skiing. Whether you’re gathering around the table or enjoying quiet moments, this house provides a comfortable and welcoming space. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Important to know before booking:
This is a quiet, family-friendly lake home and is not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Quiet hours are observed after 10 PM. Exterior security cameras are in place for safety. Smoking and wall decorations are not permitted.

Guest access: Guests have access to entire home except locked closets and the garage.

The house was perfect and the location worked well for us. We were in the area visiting family at Shaw AFB and the location was convenient to the base and activities nearbye. We will book here every time we visit, it was much more than we hoped for. I only wish we would have had summer weather instead of winter to enjoy the outdoor features more.

We had a very good stay. Some issues came up but Meagan was very accessible and responsive to our needs. The location was excellent. Beautiful view. Close to my family. We were there for a funeral so we didn’t get to enjoy the great amenities she offered. Being a new host she was very humble and accepting of suggestions. I would definitely stay there again.

It really is well stocked, the kitchen has just about everything you could need. There was however very little plastic for the kids, but no big deal. The "sharper" knives were pretty ineffective at cutting especially things like tomatoes. The house was pretty clean, but it was clear they have bugs inside the house (although hard to not expect at least some) The fishing from the dock was uneventful, the channel is only about 4 feet deep, lots of geese and turtles. We had a boat so we were able to get to the lake easily, and the launch process was simple and close by. The dock has no steps leading into the water so we had to use the boat to get out of the water, but it was fun nonetheless. The rails on the dock are sufficient, but aren't meant for smaller kids. Keep a good eye on them. Overall the stay was very good, the kids enjoyed the loft and games, the yard was large enough to play in and the extras in the shed made it fun for them.

This home worked perfectly for our family vacation. The inlet is sheltered so there are no worries about storms and securing your boat. The home has all necessary amenities and is located away, but not too far from the hustle and bustle. If you are looking for quiet and relaxed, this is the spot for you.The host was very responsive to any of our inquiries.
