Sports harbour 600 m, golf course (18 hole) 6 km, sailing school 1 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 3.5 km, Karting 3 km, Cannes 40 km, Saint-Tropez 40 km, Nice 70 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Hiking paths: L'Estérel 7 km. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Port Fréjus.
3-room apartment 55 m2 on 2nd floor. Living/dining room with TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra, cooking island). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. 2 small balconies 2 m2, large balcony 5 m2. Balcony furniture. Partial view of the canal. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 24, height 189 cm, width 255 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm.

petits problèmes

Petits problèmes qui ont été signalés comme problème de porte et plaque de cuisson. Problème important : l'interphone ne sonne pas dans l'appartement mais chez un voisin. De plus, dommage qu'il n'y ait qu'un seul jeu de clés. Climatisation très appréciée et logement bien situé.

Appartement très agréable

Appartement très fonctionnel, bien placé. Il est très bien équipé et très agréable. Seul petit bémol : un aspirateur qui mériterait d’être nettoyé au niveau du filtre car il n’aspire rien même après avoir pris la peine de le vider. La salle de bains reste exiguë mais très propre et fonctionnelle. Le petit plus : la machine à laver qui permet de faire des lessives et de ne pas surcharger ses valises !

L appartement est bien équipé et fonctionnel. La clim est un plus pour le séjour. Rue toutefois passante la nuit, l été, cote chambres ... Bord de canal sympa pour rejoindre la marina.

Dans l’ensemble c’est parfait , conforme aux photos . Cependant , on entend beaucoup le passage sur la route même avec toutes les fenêtres et volets fermés , matelas un peu dur . Le reste est du niveau de ce que nous attendions très propre et moderne .
